SELECT is an independent Estate Agent & Letting Agent. The company started in 1998 and offers a good personal service to all their clients, both Landlords & Tenants on the Letting Side of the business and to Vendors & Purchasers on the sales side of the business.
Our staff are very hard working, dedicated employees who constantly go the extra mile to provide the best possible service to the general public.
Select have grown from having their first small office at KINGSWINFORD to progressing to having their large main office at AMBLECOTE, just outside Stourbridge Town Centre.
As well as having our house sales team, dealing with vendors and purchasers on a regular basis, we have a very dedicated team dealing with a large lettings portfolio of properties which are mostly fully managed. We also offer a tenant finding only service for those landlords wishing to manage the property themselves, once a suitable tenant has been found, vetted and installed.
Furthermore, we have a dedicated Maintenance Team organising repairs, re- decoration and all rectification works ensuring that all properties can be let out or sold at their optimum potential.
